The menu, and the pages you actually need
What this fixes: Confusing navigation · One page for everything · Thin service pages · No clear structure · Pages buried
A confusing menu costs you work quietly. Somebody who cannot find what they came for does not complain, they leave.
The menu
Five or six items. Not twelve.
Services, as a dropdown listing each one individually Projects Maintenance About Contact Plus your phone number, visible, tappable, always
Services as a dropdown matters. A single Services link hides the pages that do your ranking and your selling.
The structure underneath
Home Services, one page per service: ponds, waterfalls, and water features Service areas, one page per town you actually work in Projects, one page per completed job, grouped by feature type Cost guide Maintenance program About Reviews Contact Blog or resources
Rules
Nothing important more than two clicks from the homepage.
Name things the way a customer would. "Pond Cleaning" not "Aquatic Restoration Services". Clever names cost you clicks and searches.
Every page links to at least two others. Orphan pages with nothing pointing at them rank poorly and get found by nobody.
The footer carries the full list, your service area, phone, and a link to every service page. Plenty of people navigate from there.
What to remove
Pages with two sentences on them. Either write them properly or fold them into something else. Duplicate pages saying the same thing, which compete with each other. A blog with three posts from 2019. Either commit to it or take the date stamps off and turn the best ones into real pages.

One page per town, built around a real job you did there. This is how you show up when somebody nearby searches for a pond builder.
